The Reward Foundation may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. - Names of people registering for an account with The Reward Foundation Shop

What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to respond to your enquiry, to sell you goods or services through our shop, to supply you with a newsletter if you subscribe and for internal analysis for advertising or marketing purposes.
If you wish to unsubscribe from our Newsletter, there is an automated process for you to stop receiving further correspondence from The Reward Foundation. Alternatively you can contact us through the “Get in touch” page and we will confirm your removal from the list.
The shop offers a process for you to delete your account. We will then delete all you personal data relating to that account.

We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
The Reward Foundation Shop
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our Shop. The following is a more detailed description of how we managed privacy policy processes within the Shop.
What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
What we share with others
Under this privacy policy we share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example PayPal.
Payments
We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
